We want your Kraves to arrive as fresh and delicious as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

📦 Shipping Days

Kupcake Kraves ships food products on MONDAYS and TUESDAYS only.

We intentionally limit our shipping days to help reduce the chance of food products sitting in a carrier facility over the weekend.

Orders are prepared and shipped according to the next available Monday or Tuesday shipping date.

Please remember that the shipping date is the date your package leaves Kupcake Kraves, not the date it will be delivered.

🍪 What We Currently Ship

At this time, Kupcake Kraves ships cookies only.

Cupcakes, cake bars, and other refrigerated or highly perishable desserts are not currently available for shipping.

Local customers may continue to order eligible products for scheduled pickup when available.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and available shipping services are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

Kupcake Kraves cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or delivery time and is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect routing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Kupcake Kraves is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because an incorrect address was provided.

☀️ Warm Weather Deliveries

Cookies may become warm or softer during transportation, especially during warmer weather.

We recommend monitoring your tracking information and bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

Cookies can be allowed to return to room temperature before serving.

🍪 Freshness & Storage

Our cookies are baked fresh and packaged to maintain quality during shipping.

After receiving your cookies, keep them sealed in an airtight container for the best quality. Cookies may also be frozen if you would like to enjoy them later.

For that fresh-from-the-oven experience, gently warm your cookie before enjoying.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Because our products are food items, shipped orders are generally final sale once they have been shipped.

However, if you receive the wrong items or your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact Kupcake Kraves within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging if the order was damaged during transit

We will review eligible concerns individually and determine the appropriate resolution.

Normal movement, minor cracking, softening, or cosmetic changes that occur during shipping may not qualify as product damage.

🚫 Carrier Delays

Kupcake Kraves cannot issue refunds solely because a carrier delivers a package later than its estimated delivery date when the order was prepared and shipped according to schedule.

We strongly recommend ordering early when cookies are being purchased for a birthday, holiday, event, or other date-specific occasion.

⚠️ Allergen Notice

Kupcake Kraves products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Products are prepared in a kitchen where these ingredients may be present. Cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.

Customers with severe food allergies should use caution before ordering.
