Strawberry Streusel Cookie

Our Strawberry Streusel Cookie starts with a thick vanilla cookie base swirled with sweet strawberry flavor, mixed with creamy white chocolate, and finished with buttery strawberry streusel crumbs on top.

There are no large strawberry pieces here. Instead, the strawberry is swirled throughout the cookie, giving every bite that sweet strawberry-shortcake flavor with a soft center and crumbly bakery-style finish.

Ingredients: Self-rising wheat flour, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, strawberry preserves or strawberry flavoring, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt.
